Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past five years, it should be obvious that GLP-1 and GLP/GIP medications have the potential to combat obesity and other affiliated health problems in the greater population.

Unfortunately, the cost of these drugs makes them available to a small portion of people who can benefit.

What do you think should be done to make these drugs accessible to a much wider population?

Nothing should be done. The developers/makers of the drugs deserve to turn a profit.

The pharmaceutical companies should voluntarily lower the price significantly.

Laws should be passed to put a price limit on these drugs, similar to insulin.

Governments should require insurance companies to cover them for all who can benefit.
