Which challenge do you get caught up with?
I get stuck in a loop of worry--worry about losing people I love, probably because I worry I haven’t been able to meet their needs.
I sometimes procrastinate, but it’s usually because whatever I am putting off doesn’t seem worthwhile to me.
I can’t always stay focused and I can go in several directions at once. This leads me to feeling pretty overwhelmed sometimes.
I struggle with insomnia, usually because I feel restless in my mind and my body.
I am very sensitive to criticism. I’ll either take it very personally and feel pretty bad about myself, or decide that the person giving the criticism is probably deeply misguided and clearly wrong.
Which physical symptom do you sometimes struggle with?
I get bluish circles under my eyes.
I bruise easily, plus I’ve got some varicose veins
My eyes get itchy and I struggle with allergies
I get rashes and/or eczema, particularly around my elbows
I struggle with congestion, especially in my nose, throat, or sinuses
Where in your body are you most likely to have issues?
Headaches.
My neck and shoulders always have knots!
Well, my digestion can be tricky. Sometimes I struggle with constipation, gas or heartburn.
My lower back is often sore.
I feel an achiness and sometimes a heaviness in my joints and limbs
Which type of weather do you dislike?
Actually, it’s the transition between seasons that is the hardest for me.
Springtime, mostly because my allergies are brutal then.
I love a hot, sunny day, but I have a hard time getting anything done, and sometimes burn out, so I’m not always sure it’s good for me.
Muggy, humid summer weather makes me feel so stuck.
Ugh, winter is just so cold and dreary.
Which one sounds the scariest?
I fear being ridiculed.
I fear heights!
I fear rejection
I fear failure.
I fear being abandoned by others
Which sounds the most appealing?
Anywhere warm and sunny, cold weather makes me depressed.
A retreat where I can finally get myself in balance! I’ve been pushing so hard that I feel I’m about to break. I need some relaxation, and probably need to get my blood pressure down.
A place to immerse myself in beautiful expression. An evening at the opera, or a group singing retreat...something to get my creative energy flowing!
New York Fashion Week! I want to take in all of beauty and see the cream of the crop.
A getaway to Tuscany with some of my closest friends. We can connect with each other while we take cooking classes, tour vineyards, and enjoy a peaceful, nourishing lifestyle.
