We are excited to ask for your vote on some furniture options for our 2nd floor space. We will be asking for you to vote for your favorite option in 4 different spaces:

Meeting Rooms
Phone Rooms
Breakout Nook
Open Office/Breakout

Here's the current overall floor plan for your reference:

To make smart use of our funds, we will be reusing but reconfiguring our current desks on the main floor of the space. Each department's Director (with input from their teams) will also have the option of choosing whether to have Storage Dividers (picture below and on display in the office) in their pods and how many.

MEETING ROOMS

We will have 6 Small "Meeting Rooms" that will be able to be scheduled. Each of these rooms will have a mid-sized LCD monitor and whiteboard.

Which of the following 4 options do you prefer?

OPTION 1:

3 standing height tables (w/4 stools)
3 seated height tables (w/4 rolling chairs)

OPTION 2:

3 Standing Height Tables (w/4 stools)
2 Seated Height Tables (w/4 rolling chairs)
1 Round Lounge Table (w/4 Lounge Chairs)

OPTION 3:

6 seated height tables (w/4 rolling chairs)

OPTION 4:

6 standing height tables (w/4 stools)

PHONE ROOMS:

We will have 6 Phone Rooms for individual, private conversations on a first come, first-served basis.

3 Rooms with 1 Standing Height Desk & 1 Stool
3 Rooms with 1 Lounge Chair and 1 Side Table

OPTION 2:

3 Rooms with 1 Standing Height Desk & 1 Stool
3 Rooms with 1 Seated Desk and 1 Rolling Chair

6 rooms with 1 standing height desk and 1 stool

Option 4:

6 Rooms with 1 seated height desk and 1 rolling chair

OPEN OFFICE | BREAKOUT SPACE

We will have one area with open seating for informal meetings, discussions or conversations.

BREAKOUT NOOK:

This area will be in a corner our community and kitchen areas, which will feature 2 community tables (like the 1 we have now) and two round tables and chairs.
