Tank: Ensure that any enemy mobs that can be tanked are attacking you instead of your fragile allies. Position enemies to best enable your allies and avoid unnecessary damage. Use your mitigation abilities to ensure you're taking as little damage as possible.

Healer: Ensuring that tanks, who usually take damage continuously, have a sufficient stream of healing spells on them Healing other party members who take damage from various enemy abilities (which comes in both avoidable and unavoidable forms) Conserving sufficient mana to continue healing throughout the entirety of an encounter Performing the tasks required of all players: positioning to handle boss abilities, using utility spells, and so on. Healers have one added component of positioning in that they must generally be within 40 yards of a player to heal them.

What sounds more appealing to you?
Bring few useful raid buffs or cool-downs, they take a lot more precision and skill to play to their maximum potential. The reason for this is that a large part of tanking is done "manually", by the player, who has to constantly make game-influencing decisions regarding which abilities to use.
You can expect to perform the role of a solid and reliable tank. In general, your damage intake will be relatively smooth, with many attacks being blocked by your shield or softened by your strong active mitigation. You also possess strong self-healing and raid-healing capabilities. No other tank class has quite the array of tricks up their sleeve
Have excellent mobility during encounters, and shine in fights where there are a great many adds.
Fairly well balanced, when compared to the other tanking classes, although they are somewhat under-represented. Rely mostly on avoiding Physical damage and mitigating it through their abilities and their mastery. Have a play style that is both easy to learn and easy to master.

As a healer what sounds better suited for you?
In many ways, highly atypical healers. They borrow certain concepts and mechanics from other healing classes, but manage to r possibility of passively healing the raid while dealing melee damage. However lack a wide array of buffs, cooldowns, and useful abilities.
Shine when it comes to healing grouped up or stacked players, particularly during periods of extremely high damage. Can heal while moving. Make a worthy addition to any raid, thanks to their abilities to complement other healers. Also, they bring a wide array of useful abilities.
They cannot be easily classified as either tank healer or raid healer. Rather, they perform a sort of hybrid role of blanketing the raid with HoTs while providing good assistance on the main tank. Provide very solid healing overall and also bring several useful buffs and cool-downs to your raid, making them a very good choice.
Possess a large amount of tools that help them mitigate or avoid damage, both on themselves and on other raid members. Do have great tank-healing capabilities, they are not pushed into this role and can still raid heal very well.
Among the most versatile of all healers. The spec Provides healers with many tools, suited to most situations encountered during raids. Specialise in damage absorption and mitigation. Aim at avoiding damage and smoothing out incoming damage, rather than simply healing it.
has two different playstyles, one suited for raid healing, and the other for tank healing. Each style is quite viable for its task.

What sounds more appealing to you?
One of the highest single-target DPS specialisations in the game. Playing correctly is much harder than most people make it to be. In fact, it is proving to be hard to learn.
Delivers good and sustained single target damage as well as incredible cleave capabilities. You will use a broad range of spells. Some can be used for both single and multiple target situations while others are exclusive to one of these two situations. In multiple target situations, the strategy you will use will depend on several parameters, such as the number of adds and their health points.
Performs decently in both single-target and multiple-target situations, with a rotation that is easy to understand and to master. They also excel at burst damage.
Provides an entertaining and challenging rotation, and it performs very well in terms of DPS when compared to other classes.
Currently able to deal medium to medium-high single target damage and high AoE damage, in PvE encounters. It presents players with a rotation that is both easy to understand and easy to master

Respectable single target DPS and the highest AoE DPS. It also has a very good content soloing ability. Have the ability to tame Exotic Beasts, and thus gain access to many interesting abilities, as well as to help the raid out with various raid cooldowns.
Provides very little AoE DPS capability, but instead it provides high single-target damage. Additionally, it is capable of very high single-target burst damage. It is one of the best ranged DPS specs
the specialisation is currently performing well, although it is not the top. Specialisation in any department. It is worth noting that it is the easiest specialisation to play, as there are no cooldowns to manage.

What sounds more appealing to you?
Provide good single-target and multiple-target DPS. They also have good burst damage capabilities. Have a number of minions that they can use and each of them is bringing a number of useful abilities to a raid.
Excel at sustaining high single-target and multiple-target damage, but they lack the burst damage.
Have extremely high personal survivability, which makes them strong candidates for soaking mechanics or outright ignoring them. Extremely flexible "jack-of-all-trades" specialization that generally excels during progression. This specialization provides the strongest sustained AoE in the game, unparalleled priority damage, and the ability to turn adds into fuel for your single target damage.
specialisation is performing well in both single-target and multiple-target fights. It performs best in fights where there is a target in range at all times to cleave of it. In addition to this, this specialisation has several incentives. The rotation is pleasant and easy to learn, and Frost Mages are usually very useful in a raid due to their unparalleled kiting and crowd control abilities.

Fighting using the powers of light and justice
A unique play style which combines melee attacks and spell casting. While you will always favor being in melee range of your enemies, you can cast various abilities at range, including some that are part of your regular rotation. You also have great self-healing capabilities.
Provide competitive melee DPS in both single target and multiple target situations. They are extremely mobile, and they also have excellent personal survival cooldowns that allow them to mitigate a lot of damage in a raiding environment.
For single target damage and sustained multiple target damage, the dual-wielding specialisation currently outperforms Two-Handed. Dual-wielding is the best DPS spec for burst AoE DPS and for fights against 2 targets.

Perform very decently in single-target situations, and they are very well suited to fights with a lot of packed enemies. Provide many utilities and crowd control abilities to your raid. They also have a variety of survival abilities that will always come in handy.
Kings of cleave damage, which enables them to shine in multiple-target encounters. Provide many utilities and crowd control abilities to your raid. They also have a variety of survival abilities that will always come in handy.
Using the shadows to get out of danger and ambush enemies.
Turning into a giant cat/lion and tearing enemies to shreds (ok is kinda magic)
