What's Your Planner Archetype?

It's Friday night and you're wrapping up work. How are you feeling?
Work doesn't stop just because it's Friday.
I'm exhausted, but I know Jane is backlogged and could use some help before I leave.
I should have done more, I'm failing at life.
Woohoo! It's the weekend. I can't wait to put my feet up and relax
Your coworker asks for help with a task. What's your response?
Not my responsibility. I've got my own goals to crush.
Of course! I'm happy to push aside what I'm working on and help you.
If I don't help, they'll think I'm not a team player and that will look awful.
I'd love to help, but I need to schedule it for a time I'm available.
Your to-do list is 10 miles long (and growing). What do you do first?
Tackle the most important task and stay glued to it until it's done.
Molly was feeling overwhelmed by her list too so I'll help her then get to my list after.
Panic. Then reorganize the list obsessively, trying to make it perfect.
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance then take it one step at a time.
A client emails you at 10pm with an urgent request. What's your next move?
Drop everything and reply immediately. I can't risk losing a client or looking like they're not my top priority.
Respond quickly so they see how helpful and dependable I am.
Stress about how to word the perfect response, then stay up late finishing the request.
Acknowledge the email and let them know I'll handle it during business hours.
How do you celebrate completing a big project or event?
Start on the next project immediately. No time to waste!
Celebrate by telling everyone I'm ready for more work.
Second-guess whether I did it well enough and replay mistakes in my head.
Take a well deserved break/mini vacation and treat myself to something nice.
When it comes to delegating tasks that are technically your responsibility, how does that make you feel?
No one can do it as well as I can, so I'd rather do it myself.
I'll delegate, but I'll feel guilty for asking someone else to do it when I could have.
I'll delegate, but micromanage because I'm afraid it won't be done right or to my standards.
I delegate with trust and confidence, knowing it will get done.
How do you approach taking breaks during the work day?
Breaks? No one has time for that!
I'll take a break if someone else suggests it, but I'll feel bad about it.
I take breaks, but I'm usually worrying about what I could be getting done instead
I take breaks when I need to recharge and come back refreshed.
Your team isn't meeting your expectations. How do you respond?
Step in and take over because I can't risk failure.
Pick up the slack myself to keep everyone happy.
Worry that their mistakes will reflect badly on me, then fix everything myself.
Offer constructive feedback and ask what you can do better to support them, then trust that they will improve.
What's your morning routine like
I grab my phone as soon as I wake up and check my work email. Mornings are for hustling
I'm usually scrambling to get things together because I said yes to too much.
I overthink every detail of my day before it even starts.
I set intentions, focus on self-care and ease into the day at my own pace.
How do you define success?
Achieving nonstop results and always being on top.
Being seen as helpful, valuable and important by others.
Living up to impossible standards and never disappointing anyone.
Finding balance, fulfillment and thriving without burning out.
