How strict should we be with approving people into JC?
'AC Strict' where literally no one can get in without being insane about cars
'BUILD ONLY' strict, where it is unlikely to be approved unless you can build your own cars
Moderately strict, where having an in-depth knowledge of the CC and its regulations will get you approved (e.g knowing what obj is, basic blender knowledge, ac6 and plugins, etc.)
Not as strict, where a thorough background check and basic knowledge of cars can get you in
