You and a group of your friends are returning from a long trading journey, bearing gold and magical artifacts. A group of bandits are blocking a bridge necessary to get home. To get across, they say you must either forfeit:

What do you do?

You are taking a standardized test which will impact your standing in the school’s academic rankings. The top 10% of students get extra privileges, including extra food. Your best friend is sitting next to you by chance, and they are responsible for providing for their family at the orphanage. You have made the top 10% every time you’ve taken these tests, your friend barely reaches the 50th percentile. During the mid-test break, they subtly ask you to cheat for them. If you are caught cheating, both of you will be expelled.
