Investment Management Accounts: An account is established by a natural person with a bank or investment adviser that manages the account with discretionary investment authority. If the natural person has shared investment authority or can revoke the account, you should select social code

Custodial Accounts: An account is maintained by a bank or other entity as custodian of assets owned by a natural person. If a natural person does not have sole or shared investment authority, and there is an entity who has the investment authority, you should select social code

If a natural person (retail client, individual person) has the ability to exercise investment authority or can revoke the account you should select social code

If no natural person (retail client, individual person) has investment authority and cannot revoke the account, you should select social code
