Your team participated in the Cost event. You scored the maximum points for Format and Accuracy of Documents, Knowledge of Documents and Vehicle and Realism of the CBOM. In the Discussion Part 2 “Cost Understanding” you only scored half the punctuation and you were missing 2 assemblies in your BOM. Obviously, you did not go to the finals and you know the team you are sharing box with scored 94 points. They also tell you, that they were super super close to going to the finals. Regarding the certainty and falsehood of the following statements, which one is different to the others?
Mounting plates welded to the roll hoops must be at least 2 mm thick steel or 3 mm thick aluminum, dependent of the roll hoop material.
For any laminate in the primary structure or the TS accumulator container, the maximum weight content of parallel fibers, relative to the weight of all fibers in the laminate, is 50 %. All fibers laid within orientation +/-10° count as parallel in this case.
For Non-welded strength for continuous material calculations, Ultimate Strength (Su) = 365 MPa
The vehicle must have a wheelbase of at least 1525 mm.
For wet tires there is a minimum tread depth of 2,4 mm.
The TSAL has to be within the envelope but not its mounting.
Activities on the Tractive System (TS), except for the accumulator must take place in the pit.
What is the minimum Intensity an Inductance with 6 mH has when it is connected to a power adapter (12V) with a series resistance of 5 mOhm, when the Inductance has a tolerance of +/- 15% after 20ms?
4,660 mA
4,663 mA
3,455 mA
3,453 mA

Regarding the BSPD
A standalone programmable circuit, the BSPD, must open the shutdown circuit.
The shutdown circuit must remain open until power cycling the LVMS or the BSPD may reset itself if the opening condition is no longer present for more than 8 s.
The action of opening the shutdown circuit must occur if the implausibility is persistent for more than 200 ms.
To detect hard braking, a brake system pressure sensor must be used. The threshold must be chosen such that there are no locked wheels and the brake pressure is ≤ 30 bar.
The BSPD is part of the shut down circuit (normally closed).
