Route ticket to Epic ADT Support, this is a known error.
Navigate to the Coverage Info form in the Form Navigator. Remove Medicare Part A Only. Select the Do not bill insurance check box if no other active coverage.
Navigate to the Coverage info form in the Form Navigator. Remove Medicare Part A Only. Click continue and the errors should clear.
Have the caller remove Medicare part A, and instead use Medicare Part A and B.
A new nurse has called in, she is not sure of the name of the inbasket that would show MyChart messages from patients. What is the name of the inbasket folder she would go to?

A physician has called in and wants to know if there is a way to tell if a patient has read the MyChart message that he sent the patient this morning. What steps would you advice the physician to take?
Click "More Activities" while in the patient chart. Click MyChart Utilities and Patient Message Review. This shows a report that lists whether the patient has read the message or not.
Currently, MyChart does NOT have this functionality. An upgrade is coming soon that will allow this feature.
Go to My Reports, and run "MyChart Patient Message Activity Report." Enter the patient name on the report settings and click "Run." This shows a report that indicates read or not status of each message.
Advise the Provider that he can call the patient and ask the patient directly if the matter is urgent.
