Emotional Design Quiz

The type of conversation I prefer is:
Thought tantalizing conversation that opens me to a new perspective or learn something new.
Intimate conversations that are open and vulnerable, so I can learn more about people authentically.
Little conversation, I’d rather be in action: working on a project together, taking a walk, exercising together…
Soulful conversations that explore the deeper meaning of life.
When I am stressed, I know it because:
I experience physical issues such as my heart tightening, stomach problems, muscle tension, or other health issues.
I feel it. My emotions take over. 
My mind won’t stop. My thoughts are scattered and unproductive.
I feel disconnected from myself, others and/or life.
When negative feelings arise, I tend to:
Use positive thinking to shift them as quickly as possible. Example: If I am worried about money, I’ll do abundance affirmations.  
Question the legitimacy to what I’m feeling. Example: I’ll doubt if I really have the right to be upset at my friend, when she/he is overwhelmed right now because of work.
Go into overdrive from over-working to over-eating/drinking. Example: If I just stay busy, usually my negative feelings will go away on their own.
Listen and express how I feel. Example: Either I allow myself a good cry or call up a friend and vent, as my feelings are too powerful to ignore. 
In order to Destress, I will likely:
Work-out
Meditate
Journal
Engage in mindless activities from binge watching a show to a few too many drinks.
Before I act on something:
I tend to analyze all my choices until I determine one that makes the most logical sense and then act.
I listen to how I feel. When change doesn’t feel good, it is really difficult for me to take action.
I don’t hesitate, I just move, even if it means me pushing through to get things done.
I like to look for signs that may indicate that taking this action is the right choice.
