What level of leadership do you prefer to have?

I prefer to give orders, because I believe I can lead best with my experiences.

How well do you react under pressure?

I make instinctive calls based on my past experiences and my understanding of my team's capabilites.

I stay level headed and act as a command center to keep my team from becoming lost or confused.
