Welcome to the Terminal features prioritisation survey!

The objective is to narrow down the list of features identified during the workshop in order to improve the consumer and retailer experience in-store.

Consumer Analytics - Prioritise the features list

Retailer Analytics - Prioritise the features list

Dashboard for retailers to manage display on the digipos and terminal screens

Biometric Technology - Prioritise the features list

Facial recognition to identify staff when they use the terminal
Option to disable facial recognition when staff use terminal
Age verification on self-service terminals with facial recognition
Camera with good quality resolution to enable facial recognition
Database with catalogue of faces for facial recognition
Have AI software to enable facial learning and recognition
Integration of facial recognition database with third parties - bank and police
Function to refer to retailer if no result or a dispute
Recognise consumers as they enter the store via facial recognition

Ability to turn on or off the customer profile configuration experience
