How strict is your fitness routine?

Very, I know the exact programme I'm sticking to every week.

I always get my sessions in, but the content of my workout changes depending on my mood.

It's quite adventurous, I go with the flow and will always find something to keep me active wherever I am.

You'll always find me in the gym, but I'm quite creative with my workouts, I like to mix it up.

What is your perfect workout environment?

With a group of people all challenging each other to push our boundaries.

I'm best when alone and focused.

I like variety. Sometimes I like classes, sometimes I want to work out alone.

I don't care where I'm working out, as long as I get my work out in.

Do you workout when you're on holiday or travelling?

I don't remember the last time I went on holiday!

Always, without fail.

No way, I'm here to relax!

Sometimes, my programme is pretty flexible so I squeeze it in when and where I can.

How much does nutrition play a role in your fitness?

I love food. I basically exercise so I can eat great food!

It's of equal importance. I prep my meals most days.

Super important, I always eat clean.

I do eat healthily and I'm knowledgeable about nutrition, but it doesn't rule my life

How much time do you spend exercising?

My life is busy but I still make it a priority most days.

I will always take atleast 15 minutes a day to move, without fail.

Every damn day! I'll be in the gym for hours!

I live a very active life in general, so I'm usually doing something that keeps me fit and healthy even if I'm not working out.

Do you spend money on activewear as well as workouts each month?

No, only when something needs replacing.

Hell yeah, I love to look great!

Yes, I usually shop high street for my kit.

I'm not too fussed about trends but I do want to look good.
