How Mature is your Sustainability Operating Model?

Welcome! This short assessment will take you through a simplified version of Perigon Partners' Sustainability Operating Model Maturity Framework©. It won't take you more than a couple of minutes to complete.

The results are intended to help you start or progress the conversation about Sustainability internally and/or provide a point-in-time benchmark for you to measure your efforts against. The results, and the suggestions we provide alongside them, are not intended to be fully comprehensive - we'd need to know your organisation a bit better for that!

Please note, we refer throughout to "Sustainability" as our preferred term that encompasses ESG and Impact.

Not as such - accountability for different aspects of Sustainability are clearly allocated across relevant Executives and overseen by relevant specialists on the Board
