Make snide and rude comments aloud so the coach knows you heard them.
The referee is making a lot of bad calls and really causing frustration during your game. How should you handle this situation?
Stop the game by walking onto the field to have a little talk with the referee.
Yell at the referee or question the calls as you see fit.
At the end of the quarter or half or the game walk over to the referee and have a conversation about their performance.
Go to dcysa.org and submit questions to the referee assignor through the email communication that is setup for this situation.
Contact my liaison because they should know who to call since this person doesn't know how to do their job.

Every practice let them know that they can't do anything correctly.
If they concentrated on practicing and getting better rather than video games and eating they might would get more playing time.
Praise them for the effort they are giving because so many are choosing not play sports.

Ask all the players to remember to practice on and off the ball at home so when they get to practice you can see who is improving through the season.
