How much time do I need to recover from PFA?

I have lost and regained weight.

I think I was addicted to processed foods in childhood. I can remember craving or longing for processed foods.

I overeat combinations of sugars, artificial sweeteners, flour, gluten, processed fats, excessive salt, dairy, and caffeine. I would say I experience polysubstance use.

I overeat in reaction to cues such as temptation, advertising, relationships, fatigue, and stress.

I would like to develop a meal system that is quick, easy, inexpensive, and enjoyable.

I would like to help my household members transition to unprocessed food.

I would do better if I had like-minded friends to connect with through the day.

When I enter a new program, I panic thinking that I need to do everything right away. If I could relax and take my time, I think I would do better.

I would benefit from learning about whatโ€™s going on in my brain, how brain-function influences lapsing, and how to protect my brain.

I would like to have support through at least one cycle of a yearโ€™s holidays.
