Black and classic, why have anything else?
You want a new car, you are most drawn to:
Hybrid cars of course, they are economical, gas efficient and gets you from A to B in the most efficient way
A premium luxury brand, something that looks sleek and it tells people that I’ve made it
A red convertible! Can you imagine how much fun it would be driving with the top down to my favourite song!
A bigger car where I can drive lots of people around, everyone asks me for rides and I don’t like to say no.
When invited to a potluck, I check the guestlist:
To see if anyone has allergies, I want to make sure everyone can eat what I bring
To see how many people are going and then bring something that is economical and can feed everyone
What guestlist? I AM the party!
Last minute, on the way there, I was too busy working so I’ll have to grab something quick
My friends would describe me as:
Driven, ambitious and sometimes a little too direct
Kind, generous and always offering a helping hand
Analytical, systematic and quite logical
LIFE OF THE PARTY
An ideal work environment:
Somewhere business-y like an office with nice views
Is somewhere I can help others like an animal shelter, hospital, daycare
With have lots of spreadsheets, numbers don’t lie!
Lots of people, that’s where I get my energy from.
When it comes to following instructions or rules:
You believe that rules are meant to be followed all the time
You believe that rules are meant to be broken
You follow rules so that you can please others and not hurt their feelings
It depends, if I made the rules, everyone should follow them. Other people’s rules are debatable
At school:
You excel in everything, it is really important to you to be the best
You never got into trouble, you stayed in your own lane. Math and science came easily to you and your locker was neat and organized
You listened to teachers and were friendly to your peers. You hate disappointing people
You heard this a lot “keep it down”, you got distracted easily and being on time was not your strong suit.
You drive:
Like a maniac, distracted with loud music blasting. You are oblivious with what is going on around you. Your passengers are holding on for their dear life
Slow, you let others in your lane. You stop for pedestrians and cyclists. You ensure the passengers in your car feel safe and their needs taken care of, the AC is at the right temperature, the music isn’t too loud.
Obeying the road signs and the speed limits. There is a reason why they exist and it's to create order.
Fast, you have places to get to and you’re not going to let some sign tell you how slow you should go! That’s for other people who can’t drive.
What do you do with money:
You keep a strict budget, you know what comes in and what goes out. Most, if not all, of your major purchase are thoroughly researched and well thought out.
Not a big spender although you are generous in giving to a good cause. Often times, family and friends will ask if they can borrow money and you find it hard to say no.
You don’t know where it goes, something fancy or fun? Who knows, you see it, you like it, you buy it.
You will buy quality, a bit on the more expensive side and you get a lot of compliments for it.
You are heading to the checkout at the grocery store:
You try to guess which line is the fastest and as you line up, you continue assessing if you made the right choice. You hate lining up, what a waste of time!
You patiently wait in line and let the lady behind you with one item go in front
You beeline for the gossip magazines, what? Brad and Jen are back together again?!
You observe how many people in each line, how fast the cashier is working and make a calculated guess which would be the best choice.
In your spare time:
What spare time? You are always working towards your goals
Find something fun to do, hang out with a friend, listen to party rock music, living life to the fullest!
Do something relaxing, have a cup of coffee with a close friend or walk your dog
Complete your to do list, everything has its time and place
When you come across an issue and you’re not sure what to do:
You talk it out with anyone who wants to listen, you are an external processor
You don’t want to burden anyone with your problems but you find a close friend to talk it out with if it gets too overwhelming
You sit down and think of the different possible outcomes and decide the best possible course of action
You pick a solution and go with it, you don’t have time to go through every single possible solution and you normally pick the best one anyway.
Your siblings get into a fight:
You instigated it, you like to have the upperhand
Try to play the peacekeeper, you don’t want anyone to get hurt
Make a joke and keep it light
Assess objectively who is right
It’s your best friend’s birthday, you get them:
Something home made, super thoughtful and personalized just for them
Something fun!! Let’s add some variety in their life
Something practical, you know they need it and has to fit in my budget
Something really nice...and then you realize you actually want it. Oops, I guess I have to get them something else now
