Stop him, but after a single whip. He must deserve it.

Jump in front of the boy and let the whip hit myself! It's barbaric to harm children like that.

Let him whip the young boy. An officer wouldn't do it without reason, and the red rat probably deserves it.

Scream out for him to stop!

Mare. She's a Red rat who gives lives for her own personal goals and relationships. She's selfish.

Evangeline. She's so rude and ruthless! She'd kill Mare if she could and is willing to step on anyone to get to the top.
