Would you be interested in a disability council, that can help you with your needs and gain your goals within the organisation? This would be a meeting with a few people with similar disability/illness, Hr and medical officer. When the matter is resolved a report would then be sent to your area and unit manager to put your plan of action in place.

I am planning to set up a counsel, where it would be a 1:5 meeting with the Hr personnel and medical officer. This would be a meeting to discuss how we as an organisation can try and help you with adjustments with in the organisation. This could be large print paperwork, extra time for exam etc. If everyone agrees to the arrangements a report would be sent to your unit and area manager notifying them of the arrangements. Do you think this would help you and would consider having a meeting?
