Needs assessment

I feel secure in my home life, in that things are quite stable. I am happy with my living situation, and my roommate or partner and I have a great established routine at home.

I have a great deal of options to choose from when I make decisions. I am rarely bored or feel stuck in routines.

I prefer to keep the same daily routine as much as possible. I don't have a desire to experience more adventure or take part in new activities.

My life has meaning, and I am important.

I feel awful when others around me get praised instead of me.

I experience a great regular sense of love or connection with friends and family.

I don't feel a great sense of love or connection with my partner.

I tend to have a strong sense of connection with myself. I prefer a lot of alone time to being around others.

I believe that growth of the self is an important part of leading a fulfilling life.

I tend to become more comfortable with uncertainty with each passing day.

I love to help others.

Acts of service drain me.

I prefer to keep all choices limited to a few options. Having to choose from too many options makes me tired.
