PS Implementation rep has been assigned a log for a site who is new to Patient Statements and must create a SharePoint item for the site.

PS Implementation rep reaches out to client for a test file.

Client is put in this status until they are ready to move forward with PS Implementation.

Client sent a test file for review and PS Implementation rep must collect additional enrollment information from the client.

Client has verified statement enrollment information and test file has been sent to the appropriate print vendor.

Clients must review proofs provided by RevSpring.

RevSpring proofs were approved by client and we are waiting for the client to send a live statement file.

Client has sent their first live file and it is ready for the client's final review.

Client has been contacted 3 times and has not moved forward with PS implementation.

Client has been in an inactive status for 30 days and has not moved forward with PS implementation.

Client has begun PS implementation and is unhappy/no longer wants to utilize us for service/product etc.
