If the employer got more than one letter with different client ids, we can set up Client Administration ^ Client Data Updates ^ Multiple Client IDs.

If the advisor requested for us to process the change of address for the SRA group, we can update the address for the entire SRA group.

Advisor wants to know more about the annual mailing. Since this is an IRS required notification, we can direct them to contact IRS.

All plan sponsors are required to comply with the notification requirements. Plan sponsor may be fined $50 each day that they fail to do the required notification.

We can provide the advisor a list of employer clients who received the Simple IRA notification letter.
