Scheduling Sorcery House

I write important things down....
Never! I keep it all straight in my head.
In an organizational app.
In journals and on sticky notes.
In a calendar or reminders on my phone
When someone needs to schedule a meeting with me...
Good luck catching me! I'm super busy.
My availability is visible in my online calendar.
I can easily move some things around to accommodate them!
We can huddle to decide a time that works for both of us.
As you are working through a project, how do you know you're successful?
I talk it out - feedback lets me know when I'm dong well.
Checkpoints throughout the project let me evaluate my goal progress.
I check in with my manager.
I get input from my team or mentor.
How do you feel about unexpected changes to your schedule?
Optimistic, this always presents new opportunites.
Slightly irritated, but I will just reorganize.
I just roll with it, these things always work out.
Initially worried! But I'll just make up extra time somewhere.
What do you do when presented with an urgent to-do item you can't complete until later?
If it's important, it will come up again at a more opportune time.
I add it to my to-do list and schedule right away.
I would rather not wait, I'll go ahead and take care of it right away.
I see if someone else can help me with it.
Your boss introduces a team project with a tight deadline, what do you do?
Figure out how the project can be pared down.
Lead the project - create a project timeline for the team.
Put in the hours - overtime, yeah!
Volunteer for tasks I am good at.
Oh no! There is a meeting happening in five minutes that wasn't on your calendar!
Sorry, if I didn't prepare, let's reschedule.
Not to worry, all the notes I need are right here anyway.
I apologize for falling out of the loop!
I'll just have a laugh about it with the team, then catch up.
Your brain is mush after a long week on a Friday morning. What sounds best?
Ask to cut out a little early today to refresh and recharge.
Move the easier tasks to the afternoon when you know you'll be more tired.
Put on some music, doordash lunch, and take a walk around the block on break.
Set up some coworking time with a teammate and power through the afternoon together.
Whoa, there is wayyyyy to much to do. What do you do about it?
Do what I can, the boss and I can strategize next meeting about what doesn't get done.
Prioritize! Do, Delegate, and Drop as needed.
Work through lunch.
Take it one task at a time, knock out the easy tasks first.
You really got into a groove this week and ticked off everything on your to-do list. Now what?
I'm proud to share on the next meeting that I finished my contributions to our projects.
Time does not get wasted. I see if I can get a jump on any future projects.
I wonder what I forgot to do initially. I'm going to double check real quick...
I'm going to think about what worked well, and share my strategies on the next team meeting.
