Each item includes a statement. Each statement involves an absurdity. You must identify the absurdity and the word(s) that correct the statement.

Responses are presented as pairs of words separated by a vertical bar ( | ). The first word(s) are the absurdity and the word(s) after the vertical bar correct the statement.

For example, in the following statement:

I brushed my teeth with my socks.

The absurdity is the word socks and a word that corrects the statement is toothbrush. Thus, you would select the response socks | toothbrush.
