2017 Harrington Physician of the Year

The Physician of the Year recipient will be selected by a committee made up of the Chief Medical Officer, the Medical Staff President, the Chief Executive Officer, and the previous years’ Physician of the Year Award Winners.

Nominations will be judged on:

Reasons why a physician was nominated
Number of nominations received
Active medical staff membership (required)

Physicians, employees, volunteers, patients, and board members of Harrington HealthCare System are eligible to submit nominations (one nomination per person). The entire form must be filled out in order to be eligible for submission. The recipient will be announced in a ceremony at the annual Provider Recognition Evening on 11/2/2017.
