WHAT TYPE OF EATER ARE YOU?

If there is food around, I will snack on it or eat it

I snack at work, even if I’m not hungry.

I will snack, whether I’m hungry or not.

I carry snacks around with me, just in case I need a bite to eat

I rarely eat during the day, so I’m always hungry at night.

It’s easier to eat fast food and convenience foods.

Sometimes, I eat healthy, but then I stop caring and eat what I want for long periods of time.

I would rather eat what I want than eat healthy and be disappointed or deprived.

I don’t have time to plan my meals healthy, so I eat whatever I feel like.

In public I eat well, but in private, especially in the evenings, I eat poorly.

I eat because because I like food and I don't want to have to make healthy choices

I know what healthy foods I should be eating, I just chose not to
