Patient 1 has been experiencing some motor symptoms which include tremors, stooped posture, and lack of facial expression. When standing, Patient 1, tires easily and feels faint. Patient 1 has problems with typing and experiences aches, pains, dizziness, and sleep disorders.
Patient 4 has been experiencing pain and tenderness over their wrist and at the base of their thumb, which is made worse by repeated activity and eased by rest. There has been some swelling of the affected region, which has also resulted in the overlying skin to feel warm. At times the area feels weak and stiff.
