Patient 1 has been experiencing some motor symptoms which include tremors, stooped posture, and lack of facial expression. When standing, Patient 1, tires easily and feels faint. Patient 1 has problems with typing and experiences aches, pains, dizziness, and sleep disorders.
Patient 4 has been experiencing pain and tenderness over their wrist and at the base of their thumb, which is made worse by repeated activity and eased by rest.
