Spreadbook rules for 2017

In game: The Ketchup rule: After week X*, The player in the lead should be forced to make their picks Y* minute(s)/hour(s) prior to kick off, so that other players can counter those picks. After that allotted time frame, the leader can no longer make or change their picks for that particular game.

Out of game: The Ruiz rule: If you sign up for the game, you're agreeing to pay. No exceptions. You can also join the game late if that's your prerogative (ex: week 2 where you can still catch up), but if your name is on the players list, you've agreed to pay the full amount.

Out of game: Pay to play rule: You should be paid in full by week 1. The only exception being if you decide to join the game late, in which case you will have until the end of the current scheduled week to pay.
