How is your child doing?

Just as well before school was suspended. Nothing unusual

We are getting by (They are a little frustrated from being cooped up or sad from not seeing their friends/teachers at school but they are making the most of it)

Some distress (Situation at home is somewhat difficult and we are doing whatever learning we can)

They are overwhelmed and distressed (Situation at home and with school is quite stressful and learning is not happening)

Aside from school changing drastically, is your child worried about Covid19 or about someone they care about catching it?

No, they are not worried.

They are not worried they will catch Covid19 but are more worried about their loved ones catching it

Do you have consistent internet access? ( internet is working all of the time)

Yes at all times

Yes but with multiple children, there are time restraints when my child in 4L to access learning

Yes but only at a relative's or friend's house

No only data from a cell phone plan

Does your child in 4L have their own access to a computer or tablet?

Yes, they have their own device

Yes but they share the device with sibiling

We have limited access through a relative or friend

Do you have a functioning printer at home?

Yes, we can print out some documents

Yes and we prefer print out, paper and pencil work

Yes and we prefer a balance of online and offline work
