Welcome to the first round of triage for choosing our home in Cape Town.
This is designed so that you have a quick look a the listings, rate them as a "Yes", "Could Tolerate", or "No". Then I'll take a look at the spread of your answers and create a shortlist.
They are skewed across a reasonable price band (£135 - £197 per person for 7 nights) which starts at the cheapest available. I have knocked out all those that are merely 'fine' - these are the good picks without upping the price considerably.
They are all in Green Point, a safe, bustling part of town near to where we will be spending a lot of time to cut down on driving.
They have different benefits so have a think about whether you prioritise outdoor areas, indoor comfort, decor, space, sunniness, ameneties, et cetera. We have the entire place for all of them, although some have shared amenities and entrances.
