  We have all been around someone before that has that special something…you can’t really describe it…you just feel it. It is like they have an invisible force field or magnet that people gravitate towards. They always seem to have something interesting to say and, most importantly, they also have a way of making you feel good too. They don’t seem pompous or condescending in their happiness and strength. They look healthy and vibrant. You feel inspired and brighter just being in their presence. I like to call this force field our inner light. We are all wired for it and we can ALL ignite or increase our own light. We have that ability!! Another way to describe inner light is the word power. Power is defined as the influence you have over others. The word often has a negative connotation but truly just means that…how do others feel around you? I would argue it also means the influence you have over your single most important relationship---yourself.
