When greeted by staff with "Hello, how are you?", how do you usually respond?
"I'm great, how are you?"
"I'm alright.."
"Terrible, just let me order"
Don't say anything, just act like nothin happened.
If a worker got your order wrong, how would you react?
Tell them its okay and wait patiently.
Sigh but tell them you can wait for them to fix it.
I would be very mad. How dare they mess up my simple order!
