MINISTRY LEADERS’ BLUEPRINT - Leadership Alignment Assessment

Introduction & How to Use This Tool

This assessment is designed to help you evaluate your alignment across the five pillars of the Ministry Leaders' Blueprint by DDK covering Man, Manner, Mandate, Mantle, and Manifestation. It is not a personality test or a measure of gifting. It is a leadership alignment diagnostic.

Each pillar builds upon the other. Who you are becoming shapes how you lead. How you lead supports what you are called to carry. What you are called to carry determines the grace you steward. And what you steward ultimately produces visible fruit.

This tool is most effective when approached with honesty, not aspiration. Do not answer based on where you hope to be or how others perceive you. Answer according to your current patterns, decisions, habits, and lived reality.
