The exposed brick walls of the Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery are curated purposefully by a community of artists who can pronounce the street that houses the historic warehouse hotel – Tchoupitoulas – with the same nonchalance as when asking for a geaux-cup. Turning to New Orleans’ arts community, the hotel is an ever-changing canvas that puts the culture and vibrancy that compels people to the Crescent City on full display.

The first hotel to open in Asbury Park, NJ in over 50 years, The Asbury Hotel was designed to galvanize tourism and serve as a beacon for the community. The seven-story former Salvation Army retirement home, abandoned for 12 years, was transformed into an exuberant reimagining of classic beach hotels, with rooms, facilities, and amenities to reflect the town’s eclectic spirit and original, rock ‘n’ roll vibe.

The inspiration for the brand's creation comes from a simple idea: those who travel the world also care about it. As the first hotel to open in partnership with the historic Brooklyn Bridge Park, the brand's flagship property and first new build draws inspiration from its natural surroundings. With unrivaled views of the East River, Manhattan Skyline, and iconic Brooklyn Bridge, nearly everything about the hotel is narrated by nature.

The William Vale is a destination in itself and is a positive addition to the neighborhood. It’s not just for the guest visiting, and serves as an oasis for locals as well due to its experiences and food and beverage offerings. For instance, guests can experience an evening unlike no other under the stars, staring at the NYC skyline at Westlight, the 22nd floor rooftop space which boasts a setting of romance and decadent cocktails. Or, guests can feel true to Brooklyn in Leuca, the southern Italian-fare ground floor restaurant which has a rustic, “homey” feel. There is a space for everyone.

Good design is timeless design. Mulherin's, the namesake of the original 1890s family-owned business, takes on new life as a restaurant and hotel while meticulously preserving the industrial character, history, and much of the original decor. In 1924, with the onset of Prohibition the Mulherin's shuttered its business under the pressures of the federal government. The romantic three-story establishment still stands today and bears a terra-cotta sign of the businesses name, Wm. Mulherin’s Sons. A casualty of it’s time, but not destined to be lost forever.
