A. I don’t expect to understand every single thing we do. I prepare the presentation the best I can, given the circumstances. If the team asks why we’re doing this, I’ll say that I don’t know but there’s nothing we can do as it’s something the head office wants to have done.
B. I call my manager and ask who’s behind the new concept. I have to give feedback to the person responsible. This isn't going to be good, at least not in my perspective.
C. I create my own story to be able to present this in an inspiring way. I’m not really sure the story is totally true, but at least it will create energy in the team!
D. I call a peer who’s really inspiring and good at communicating in change. I ask her to come to my team and present the new concept.
