Simply, boss have 3 phases.
1st phase - 100% - 35%
2nd phase - 35% - 10%
3rd phase - 10% - 0
 
Everyone will have to learn boss' skill pattern to be able to avoid skills when needed.

1st Phase (100 - 35)
At 95%, 80%, 65%, and 50% - Adds and Conductors
There are 4 circles in each corner of the room. At every 15%, furthest 2 people will be marked to get aoe thrown at them. These aoes need to be set away from add.
 
2 circles opposite from each other will indicate a color.
White - Range Add
Red (brownish) - Melee Add

Each add will have a driver. The driver is to last hit the add, so he will be marked for driving. Everyone else will dps the add until 700k hp left on add and stop, so that the driver can kill the add.

  • On Range add - Tank/driver has to be in range and dpsing. When dodging hammers, tank moves left and right. Dpsers on range add are to stack on top of each other. So when add shoots lightning, dpsers can share the buffs. For if not enough people to share buff, you will die. Right after add shoots lightning, add will throw hammer at them. Dpsers have to wait for the add to die before moving to boss.
 
  • On Melee add - Tank/driver has to be in melee range. DPSers just needs to dps add to 700k hp, then move to boss (IF they do not have aggro of add).

After adds are dead (communication between drivers is a must! Because adds need to die at the same time or very close to each other),
drivers will get marked for driving orbs. They wait for laser to be connected through the middle, then move clock-wise at the same time.
When they reach the last orb, FM/DES will need to party protect because the last orb will explode.

Right when boss reaches 35%, everyone moves to 5m on left or right side of the tank. Tank is the only person who is closest to boss at the moment.
 
Lasers extending from the boss to the end of the room will spawn (in an asterisk shape). You have to avoid the shadows on the ground of the lasers. If you touch the lasers, you will likely not survive. You have to move accordingly to the lasers also.
 
After 1 minute, an add will appear. The add can appear randomly at any circle of the room. People will assigned roles to CC will go to their orbs on each side of the room, and everyone else will go to the add. The add can either be a range or melee add. If it is a range add, the add must be turned toward the wall. For when the add is throwing hammers, the add will not knockdown the tank or anyone else. After add is dead, back to dpsing the boss.

Once you reach this phase, you are pretty much set on killing the boss. There are no set mechanics, just pure dps as his attack pattern will just change to jumping to the furthest person and throwing aoes at 3 furthest people.
