I don't mind filling it in, doesn't take a long time and it helps me figure out which tasks to pick

Very unhappy - I'm spending too much time on SD tickets, usually going over the allocated time
Generally happy - I usually spend the allocated time, even if urgent tickets come up (scope changes)
