One on One coaching, an individualised diet plan, a free myzone belt, and access to any and all classes at the gym
Private small group training classes with a PT, WODs - Workout Of the day, Fitness mentoring – goal setting sessions and a ‘before’ and ‘after’ consultation, Facebook support hub with exclusive access to our team of fitness experts, Points based friendly competition - the Male and Female from each venue with the highest number of points each win a prize
How do members earn points?
Attending classes (1 point per class– capped at 5 per week), Completing WODs (1 point per WOD – capped at 5 per week), Completing weekly mini-wellness challenges (3 points per challenge – 1 challenge per week), Submission and improvements of ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos, Improvements of ‘before’ and ‘after’ measurements, Post challenge testimonial essay
By telling the trainers that they completed workouts, showing their myzone workout logs, and posting on the Facebook group page
What do they win?
3 months free MX membership, and 3 months normal gym membership after that
