In the opening article, we discussed the true likelihood of a “cure” for T1D. Nevertheless, a cure remains something we can all look forward to.

From a food standpoint, what do you plan to do differently when diabetes is cured?

I will make it my mission to indulge in all the unhealthy stuff I’ve been avoiding!

I will likely include more sugars in my diet.

I probably won’t make any changes to what I’ve been doing.

If anything, I’ll probably eat healthier than I do now.
