Balanced Life

I get enough sleep each night

I look forward to every day

I take time each day for meditation and/or reflective practice

I manage life by taking care of myself physically, emotionally and spiritually

I take note of my emotional signals that tell me I am out of balance

I have no heavy emotional burdens or additive behaviours

I can say 'no' to requests for my time when I need or want to

I know who I am and what I want out of life

I am confident in dealing with the highs and lows of life

I have more than enough tme to do the things I like

I have plenty of quality time with my children and/or people who matter to me

I have hobbies and pastimes outside of work and family

I have a great social life and friends I enjoy spending time with

I go on holiday at least once a year for two weeks

There are no people in my life who drain me (personal or professional)

My home is decorated and furnished in the colours and styles of my choice

My home and work environments are clutter free

I have work or a career that is satisfying and rewarding

I do not work on weekends

I eat healthy, balanced foods, that give me more than enough energy to carry out my daily activities
