Cust has booked and paid for 2 hours general cleaning. But it took cleaner 5 hours because the place was very messy and Cust asked the cleaner to keep working. Post Cleaning should the Cust pay for extra hours? In this case what below statements are True. Select 4 or more options.
Yes, because in each quote, there is a terms and conditions section which outlines that cust will have to pay for any extra time.
This should have never happened, Our cleaners are told not to work any extra time unless they ring us first and we then contact the Customer to get their approval for additional time and send them updated invoice and request/receive payment before we authorize the cleaner to do additional hours.
Chasing customers for payment of additional hours after the service is complete is very hard and this activity often leads to administrative overhead, bad reviews, and no success in getting money for additional overtime cleaning.
Some customers deliberately try to take advantage by only booking for short time and then instead of paying for additional time they will find faults in the cleaner’s work.
Cust may refuse to pay for additional time. Cleaner should have contact us before proceeding with working more than the allocated time
All options are true Statements.
SMS Templates: We regularly use SMS templates, Please select the 5 or more statements which are true
These save us time, all the required information is grabbed from the various parts of job card.

SMS template message pull the information from the Job cards. There job cards including the description must be accurate. If the SMS message is showing wrong information that means the Job card has wrong information
