Yes, because in each quote, there is a terms and conditions section which outlines that cust will have to pay for any extra time.
This should have never happened, Our cleaners are told not to work any extra time unless they ring us first and we then contact the Customer to get their approval for additional time and send them updated invoice and request/receive payment before we authorize the cleaner to do additional hours.
Chasing customers for payment of additional hours after the service is complete is very hard and this activity often leads to administrative overhead, bad reviews, and no success in getting money for additional overtime cleaning.
Some customers deliberately try to take advantage by only booking for short time and then instead of paying for additional time they will find faults in the cleaner’s work.
Cust may refuse to pay for additional time. Cleaner should have contact us before proceeding with working more than the allocated time
