OK
Wig cap is showing/Frizzy: Occasionally, a Wellness Service may be enough to help improve the appearance of your doll's hair with a good brushing from our experienced Doll Doctors. {Verbiage about how doll's hair care & how it is meant to be parted one way, and if brushed to the wrong side, it can look different - show more examples of this wrong part and that if the hair is in good condition, a wellness visit will suffice}
OK
I don't think my doll's hair can be fixed with just brushing
Since vinyl is so porous, some strong inks or dyes (like those found in markers, pens, or in some textiles) are absorbed and unfortunately unable to be removed, and the only way to restore it back to new is by replacing the parts.
OK!
Looks like her limbs are in good shape! Remember, some pliability is necessary not only to make her cords last longer, but also so she is easier to change into different outfits! If there is nothing else concerning you about your doll, a Wellness Visit may be just what she needs!
OK!
Since vinyl is such a porous material, it can absorb strong dyes found in some textiles, makeup, colored markers, pens, and ink. It is not always possible to remove these stains completely with just a surface cleaning that would be included with a Wellness Visit, and to resolve the issue of these stains, based on your answers, it is recommended you purchase a new head.
