Is it possible (for each Customer ITA-DEU-FRA) to watch Sky Tv, also in their mother tongue ?
Yes. Independently of the language, they have the complete access to Sky TV Channel
Yes. They can buy optional packages like Sky TV choosing the language.
Only ITA and DEU Customers can have Sky TV but, ITA Customers can only get it in German language.
Is it mandatory to open a case if the Customer call to communicate the OTO number?
Isn’t necessary. Is it enough to write it in the VTI portal, into Customer details.
It is necessary to open a specific case with levels 4.1.4.
We can send an email containing the OTO number directly to Salt’s technician
What is the minimum contractual duration of Salt Fiber?

How can I check the Fiber invoices?
We can use SuperOffice switching the drop-down menu from Mobile to Fix and, inserting the Voip number to find them into Customer profile.
We have to do access to VTI page, insert the contractor number and check them into Customer Profile
We can easily find all the invoices into Customer profile in Marilyn
Can the Customer use a different router from the Salt router?
Yes, there aren’t differences. A router is a router.
Yes but the Customer have to use mandatorily a filter for the Fiber, by connecting it to the OTO socket.
No, Customer can use Salt Fiber exclusively with a Salt router.
How can the Customer have the access to Salt router and manage WiFi line?
Customer can manage all from the Smartphone/Tablet, simply connected to WiFi line
Customer have to connect by Ethernet cable his laptop or desktop to the router, digit the address 192.168.1.1 and use “admin” as user and Password.
C. Customer have to connect by WiFI his laptop or desktop to the router, digit the address 192.168.8.1 and use “admin” as user and Password.
Can the Customer use the same MyAccount of Salt Mobile to find online all the info regarding Salt Fiber?
