How active is your lifestyle?
Average - I stay busy, but don't have a workout routine
Medium - I work out 1-3 times a week and try to stay fit-ish
Very - Working out is an important part of my lifestyle
What do you see most when you look in the mirror?
Lookin pretty good - maybe a few fine lines & wrinkles starting to appear - but no biggie
Meh - seeing aging signs I want to change - fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, dark spots
An exhausted person - Tired looking eyes/eye circles or bags
What's the stress level of your work-life like?
Not Bad - A low-medium amount of stress, but I don't think it affects me much
Semi-Stressful - by the end of the week, I feel pretty spent mentally & physically
High - Halfway through the week I can barely drag myself out of my bed just thinking about the stress
Sports Fan?
Eh - I don't mind watching them, but don't care to play them.
Yep - I enjoy watching & sometimes participating in a game/sport
The Most! - I love watching & playing sports/athletic events
How much does your appearance matter to you?
A little - I care about looking clean and put together, but I don't go out of my way
Mediumish - I like to look nice, I might use 1-2 skincare products to make it happen
A lot - It's important to me to look as good on the outside as I feel on the inside. I use skincare products everyday to help upkeep my appearance.
What's your energy level like?
Good - I wake up feeling energetic and feel just tired enough to fall asleep easily at bedtime
It's OK I guess - I feel better after a cup or two of coffee in the morning, but I often start to feel sluggish in the afternoon or early evening
I'm TIRED - I NEED caffeine everyday, all day to survive.
Which Summer activity do you prefer?
Beach Volleyball/Swimming - anything fun outside!
Sunbathing - gotta get that golden glow
Chillin - inside with AC on full blast
