With yet another pump/AID system ready to launch (Sequel’s Twiist), one has to wonder, what is the ideal number of device manufacturers for things like pumps and CGMs?
Best to have just one. That way they can specialize and maximize efficiency.
Having a few is optimal. Otherwise, it becomes too confusing.
The more the merrier. Competition yields innovation!
