Google Meet Enterprise Breakout Rooms

You can create up to 100 breakout rooms in a call.

On the breakout room panel, the students can not ask for help.

Once you've created breakout rooms, you can make changes to the rooms.

Once you've created breakout rooms, you can not join a breakout room to monitor.

Participants have 30 seconds to finish their breakout room discussions and will be asked to rejoin the main room.

The moderator can join each breakout room at any time during the video call.

After the breakout room closes, participants are automatically rejoined to the main room.

Once you're in a breakout room, you can speak to or send chat messages to other participants.

Participants not signed in to a Google Account can still be assigned to a breakout room.

You can not set a timer in breakout rooms.
