Member Census Report: UAT Questionnaire

Please login to the Artemis platform.

Can you see Member Census Report under Data Tables in the side menu?

Click the Member Census Report menu option. Did the link take you to the Member Census Report app?

Are you able to select a month and year from the dropdown?

Select January as the month and 2023 as the year.

Select Add a Filter. Did that take you to the Filters panel?

Add a filter of your choice to your report.

Did the filter populate on the Member Census Report screen after you hit "Apply"?

Click the X on the filter chip. Did the filter disappear?

Deselect all columns. Did all the column selections uncheck?

Select 3 columns to export. When selected, did the column selections become checked?

Click Export. Did you receive a confirmation message?

Did your columns selected appear in the export?

Did all of the data in the columns populate?
