Comp Tickets Table Quiz

It is okay to permit a guest to use a credit card that has their name and birthdate as their identification for gaining entrance into a IUPUI sporting event?

Situation: The family of a student-athlete shows up and brings along their "friend" instead one of the family members originally listed. The family of the student athlete want use the comp ticket reserved for the original family for the "friend". They ask you if you can wright the "friends" name in and use the ticket. The family says this fine to do. This is permissible

If a guest or a number of guests become hostile with you and start yelling at you, you should go find a staff member from the athletic department and not yell back at them or try to argue with them.

One guest signs for their ticket and says that the other guest listed is on the way. The guest that signs ask if they can have the ticket for the guest who is on their way and give it to them when they get there. This is permissible.

A guest forgets their wallet in the car and for identification the guest pulls up their Facebook. This is not permissible.

A guest forgets their identification and phone. The guest does not argue with you about not being able to get their comp ticket. The guest does give you $50 and says “there, that should cover my ticket”. You now may grant them entrance.

Following these rules are important in order for IUPUI to avoid any sanctions or fines.
