Phoenix Night Operations Manager

Oranje Commercial Cleaning currently seeks for our Phoenix, AZ region, a Night Operations Supervisor.

Night Operations Manager requirements:

- Bilingual (English & Spanish)

- Be very organized and able to multi-task

- Have excellent communication skills

- Will need to meet with cleaners and also check in with Clients

- Have moderate experience using Word, Outlook and Excel

- Work Schedule Wed-Sunday and off Monday and Tuesday

- Hours -Start at 2am/3am and work until 10am/11am -- 8-10 hours per night

- Required valid AZ driver's license

- Required proof of current vehicle insurance

- Applicants must pay and provide an MVR driving record report and submit when the Recruiter request it (Applicants must have a clean driving record and no DUI's)

- Required to pass all necessary background checks

- Applicants will need to provide 4 professional references when the Recruiter requests it

Preferred Experience:

- Knowledge of kitchens in restaurants and hotels

- Familiar with hot-lines and various kitchen equipment

- Working in high-end facilities such as hotels, resorts, or country clubs

- Commercial cleaning industry

- Supervening one or more persons
